in the yr 2006

a few more days left of 2005 then is into the yr 2006. anything to look forward in 2006? i cant think of anything now...nothing significant is going to happen i supposed...hehe!

a summary of the events that happen to me this yr..
1. went holiday in hk with dear
2. tried to resign from my current job but in the end i am still here
3. work work and work
4. did a spa perm on my hair, everyone love it except for dear...
5. watch crazy horse - sat in VVIP seat which only cost me S$50!
6. learning roller blading and got myself a pair of blades and guards
7. recovered from my operation but left a scar
8. ....cant think of any already

so my resolution for this year?? to have more time for the people i love and to do the things i love!

xmas eve

yeah is xmas again...but i dont really feel the xmas mood. look more forward to the holidays instead because no need to work...haha!

last night has dinner with the gals. exchange pressie and got a handmade cross stitch pouch and miniature perfume from wynne, precious moments candies from denise, chocolate and a cute pair of crotchet earrings from jiahui, a beaded necklace from yoyo and of course a ipod nano arm band from dear dear. unfortunately i did not get anything for dear. cant think of something to surprise him with. i was quite surprise he got me that, never though he will think of getting that for me. maybe because i am into blading now, so he got me that then i can listen to the ipod nano while blading...so thoughful of him! Smucks!

the bad thing of all...i have to work on xmas eve which is TODAY! sigh. going to get out of office 1pm sharp! hehe! but i am not the worst. my colleagues will be spending their holidays on site as our company have 2 projects rushing to complete next week. god bless them!

crazy horse paris

last night, joined my bf and his friends to watch the crazy horse performance. because the project is by my bf's company, they are able to get the tickets at $50 each, sitting at VIP seats!! the stage is rather small and from the location we are sitting, we can see everything up close and personal. haha!

the performance is quite good but i keep looking at their bare chest, thinking whose is bigger and smaller because the gals were wearing nothing except for tiny G-strings! haha! other than the gals, there were also 3 handsome mediacorp actors in the house - tay ping hui, wang jian fu and adam chen. i think they are shooting for their program on chU - 男人帮. TPH definately looked better in person. hehe!

so much for the good things...the bad side? i was having blocked nose for the whole show, sniffing all the way. been having flu the whole week, seems like the medicine has not much effect on me. sigh!

another bad thing is...waiting for cab home after the show. it is so difficult to get a cab. most of them are on call, so i have to walk to the entrance of the clarke quay where there is a long queue. i only manage to hop onto a cab after 20 mins. sigh.

mistake!

sigh! i make a mistake at work. order the wrong size for the CK signage because my technical knowledge of metalwork is not there!! now have to reschedule the work and reorder the metal again. sigh sigh sigh. low morale now.

i hate him!

i really hate my dad to core!! he is so selfish! how can he just cancelled off all the giro for all the utilities bills?? how can he do this to us? does he still treat us as his family? is he really having affair outside and spending all his money on that woman rather than the family?
so disappointed with him...tried chatting last night but no use, no reply. he just sit there with a 'black' face.
I HATE HIM!!

first lesson

yesterday was my first lesson for my roller blading. i think i have a long way to go by looking at my progress yesterday. i am still unable to take proper steps, always afraid of falling. hehe! guess i have to practice more at home on the steps so that i will get used to that momentum. i also had a fall yesterday and scratch my shoulder, all because i did not balance myself. haha! but like what people always say - no pain no gain. haha! right now body ache...

roller blading

this morning i went to learn roller blading with my sis and her friends and east coast! i cant believe that i can actually stand up and walk in the blades. haha! so in order for me to be able to blade like a pro, my sis and i decide to take up blading lessons. therefore for the next 3 sundays, we will be learning how to blade in east coast. wish us luck!!

back to work...

i am back from hong kong already. had a amazing time there - shopping, eating and sight seeing. the best place i like is disneyland and the fire works. that is the 2nd time i saw fire works so up close. the 1st time is in syndey new year eve.

no pictures to post at the moment because it is all with jackson. actually i did not really get alot of stuffs for myself. only manage to get 2 tops, 1 jacket, 3 skirts, 1 three quarters pants and 2 pairs of heels. quite little for a gal right? hehe! next time must go during the summer sales to get more bargain stuffs! hehe!

but time flies very fast. 1 week in hong kong passed very fast and i am back to work already. work as usual - busy. alot of projects going on but not enough coordinators because our project manager is out-stationed. sigh!
