Food Talk #5

Hubby cooked a Cantonese "tong shui" this afternoon - "fu cheok". It is yummy! It has dried beancurd, barley, ginkgo nuts and egg. It is quite easy to prepare, just boil the barley with water and dump the rest of the ingredients into the boiled water. Cooked for about close to an hour and it is done.
