Jerold is quite impatient. He will cry for his milk very loudly until someones carry him and put the bottle into his mouth. These days he is also fond of crying to get people attention and also to carry him to sleep.
Read from the Internet that we have to be 忍心 and let him cry, so that he will know crying does not help. Tried doing that just now, but he cried until his whole face was red and in the end we carried him. Sigh. We are too soft hearted.
Looking after a infant is not easy, it is a 24 hours job. Don't know how my MIL will cope with him when I return back to work next month. Hopefully Jerold will be a good boy. In the meanwhile, we will try not to carry him the minute he cries. *cross my fingers*
my confinement lady teach me to 'train' the baby to wait for his milk by putting the milk hanky under his chin and tell him to '等等', so he will know his milk is on the way :) it works for us :)
