Bintan + Flattered

Been back to work for the past couple of days after spending the long weekend at Bintan. It was truely a relaxing holiday. Going to the beach, getting splashed by waves, suntanning, bbqing, playing with my ds lite etc. Had a great time there doing nothing. Haha! Holidays are always short, before you know it, it ended. So now is back to work. Buck up!

Just now while I was getting off the train at Kallang, a guy approached me and said :"Can I be friends with you?". I took a look at him and said :"Sorry, I am engaged already.". Then I walked away. Haha! Its been a long time since someone wants to get to know me, so flattering. Hehe! But been picked up in the MRT station is strange and that guy failed to notice the ring on my finger. He was just standing on my left in the train. Aiyo!

batam

I went to batam with dear over the weekend, to be exact is 2D1N stay from sunday and back to spore on mon. Reason for us to be in batam is to celebrate dear's bdae and also r&r from work and monday blues. haha!

Holiday Inn is definitely better than Harris Resort. Nicer resort, bigger pool, hot tub juicuzzi, bigger room, just one downside, the bed and pillow is kind of soft which caused me to have a slight backache.

Nevertheless, the trip is enjoyable on the whole. The next place to r&r will be BALI in june!! Yippe!!

company trip

yeah! next week going to bkk for company trip. this time i will bringing jackson along with me because shandy is busy with work and she cant afford to take so many days of leaves. actually this company trip also got abit of business trip as we will be going to site to visit our project which is on-going right now. the handover of the shop is 19th jan so our project manager will be flying back together with us on the 20th jan. looking for the trip - shop shop shop!

wisdom tooth

went to visit the dentist yeserday and discover my right bottom wisdom tooth is starting to decay. doctor say need surgery to remove all the wisdom teeth. 2 at a time. oh no! dont know how pain do i need to endure for the whole procedure! still have to cough up $$ for the surgery. sucks!

yesterday company just announced there will be a company trip to bangkok this month because we are doing a project there right now. i am hesitating whether to go or not because 95% of the people are all guys. my admin colleague does not want to go which means only left me and another 2 ladies that might be going. the 2 ladys...one of them is my lady boss...the other one is her sister. sigh! hopefully they say can let me get another person to accompany me just like last yr company trip to genting & KL. hehe! *pray hard*

back to work...

i am back from hong kong already. had a amazing time there - shopping, eating and sight seeing. the best place i like is disneyland and the fire works. that is the 2nd time i saw fire works so up close. the 1st time is in syndey new year eve.

no pictures to post at the moment because it is all with jackson. actually i did not really get alot of stuffs for myself. only manage to get 2 tops, 1 jacket, 3 skirts, 1 three quarters pants and 2 pairs of heels. quite little for a gal right? hehe! next time must go during the summer sales to get more bargain stuffs! hehe!

but time flies very fast. 1 week in hong kong passed very fast and i am back to work already. work as usual - busy. alot of projects going on but not enough coordinators because our project manager is out-stationed. sigh!

leaving in 6 weeks time...

yeah! finally managed to book my HK package! so happy! will be flying off on 30th oct and coming back on 5th nov. the next thing to do is to book online for the disneyland tickets and to plan the itinerary. cant wait to go...

disappointing....

went to natas fair yesterday hoping to get a package to HK but in the end when we decide which tour agency to go for...no more air tickets already. only united airline is avaliable but have to fork out 70 bucks more. the period we are going to travel is actually the peak season and with the disneyland coming up, the prices have gone up too. guess i cant go hk already. i am actually looking forward to the trip because i can spend the whole week overseas and i only need to take 3 days leaves. my leaves are very pathetic, so if i were to go at another period, i will have to take more leaves meaning i have very little leaves left for raining days. dilemma now...dont know whether to keep searching for any air tickets or packages or just give up and not to go hk... :(

disneyland!!

i just surf through the hongkong disneyland website. they are selling online tickets starting from 28th june! yeah! that means what my bf's mum heard was untrue. my bf's mum's friend told her that the tickets were completely sold out! when i heard that i was half hearted about going hongkong. but now i am excited and looking forward to go there. going to book the air tickets and disneyland tickets by end of july. below is a picture i got from the website. the night scene is so serene! hongkong here i come!!
