Recently, I have been reminding myself to use the stairs at my workplace in the morning and evening. As I have not been exercising, so I decided to treat this activity as a form of exercise.
My office is on the fourth storey but I will pant for breathe when I reached the floor. So lousy of me. This is the result of me not doing any exercise.
Hubby often chide me for not doing anything to get rid of those spare tyres around my tummy. I wish I could. But often the tiredness and laziness took over me. Being a working mummy is tough. After a busy day at work, I return home to do another job - looking after the little one. I can only rest and relax when the little one is asleep. By then I would just bath and sleep.

ReplyDeletehmmm... i totally can understand this.. even though im not lookin after baby, i already feel tat way.. i oso pant for breathe when i take the stairs..
maybe when u bring Jerold over to MIL u can jus leave him there & go for a weekly work out @ the gym?
i am lazy also on weekends. haha.
